The tinplate production process at Tavan Avar Asia Steel uses an electrolytic method that applies a highly uniform tin coating of less than 0.4 microns to the base steel surface with high precision.
\nTo improve coating strength, an induction furnace is used for tin reflow. This increases coating adhesion and also enhances the brightness of the sheet surface.
\nThe tin-plating line at Tavan Avar Asia Steel is equipped with a Tension Leveller that can significantly reduce sheet waviness and camber.
